Raymond C. Anderson
In May 2004, Mr. Anderson formally joined Graue Mill Partners ("GMP") as a limited partner and, in conjunction with the firm's affiliate, Burnham Venture Management , is working to source and build other operating platforms with GMP. Mr. Anderson has a wide variety of operating and financial experience as both a corporate officer and a financial and strategic advisor. An attorney and CPA by training, Mr. Anderson has operating experience in a wide range of industries, including industrial services, technology, marketing services and distribution companies. He has assumed the role of President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies with $1 billion in annual revenues.

Mr. Anderson began his career at Arthur Andersen, working on corporate mergers and acquisitions. In 1995, he joined a platform company (USA Floral Products) as President, specifically to lead a large scale acquisition effort. Subsequently, as CFO for purposes of taking the company public, Mr. Anderson was responsible for finance, M&A, and post acquisition integration of the company's subsidiaries. He also led numerous bank negotiations. During Mr. Anderson's tenure with the company, it acquired 34 businesses with revenues ranging from $5 million to $500 million and raised over $300 million in equity and debt financing. At its peak, the company had an enterprise value of approximately $350 million.

In 1999, Mr. Anderson co-founded two technology start-ups (QuikOrder, Inc. and Zipm, Inc.), and led them as President. In this capacity, Mr. Anderson successfully guided product development and implementation, developing marketing plans which ultimately led to contracts with two fortune 500 firms. Each of these companies reached profitability under Mr. Anderson's leadership.

Since 1999, through Burnham Venture Management, Mr. Anderson has focused on the middle-market, providing operational and financial consulting services to companies in need of operational and/or financial restructuring. His most significant client has recently achieved compound annual revenue increases of 40% and improved gross margins by 300%, resulting in a doubling of equity value. In 2004, Mr. Anderson was awarded the prestigious Turnaround of the Year award from the Turnaround Management Association Chicago/Midwest Chapter.

Mr. Anderson earned an MBA from University of Chicago, JD from Loyola University of Chicago and a BS in accounting from Indiana University. He is also an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
